ABOUT ME  - CARAH ELISHEVA MITCHELL

I am an Art Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist.  (Registration No: 003976).

 

I provide art therapy and traditional talk therapy. 

I have over 15 years of experience as a Therapist and specialize in working with children, youth

and their families but I also work with adults and seniors.  

As a therapist, I have worked with The Children’s Aid Society, The Toronto District School

Board, East Metro Youth Services, North York Woman's Shelter, The City of Toronto, 

Career Quest and Small Wonders.  As a trainer I have led corporate workshops for the

Art Gallery of Ontario, The Living Arts Centre and Harbourfront Centre.  

I work from a trauma informed, attachment perspective.  I use CBT and Mindfulness.
